A better way would be to talk to him about how you're feeling. Ask him to let the phone go to voice mail from time to time so you can spend some uninterrupted time with him. Tell him you miss your time together and it would be nice if he could manage the calls a little better. Also schedule some alone time with him. Maybe pick one day a week when you can have a date night with no phone and no friends. This will allow the two of you to connect again.

Since you already blew up at him you may want to have that conversation after apologizing and telling him you feel foolish about the way you acted but that you let your emotions get the better of you. That will lead you into explaining your frustration. He may be completely innocent and not realize how his constant calls and interruptions are affecting you. He will never know unless you tell him. When you do, don't hint, say it clearly and directly so there will be no confusion.

If you haven't already read it, a great book on this subject is Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus by John Gray. I avoided reading it for a long time but when I did, it was a real eye opener. Definitely worth reading. Best of luck to you both.

Calm down. Give him a hug and ask him if you couldn't sometimes turn off the phone because you really want some relaxing time with him alone.

when you are watching TV turn off the ringer to the phone. then that way he will think no one is calling him. or put his cell on vibrate. dont let his family cut into your family time. good luck.
