Yur zero be in the wrong place!
Besides; the Iraqi's are much more appreciative than the folks in New Orleans.
26,783,3834 in Iraq, 484,674 in New Orleans.
New Orleans has the highest murder rate in the US for the last 3 years and has been listed in the highest 5 in the US for the last 14 years.
Yes, it is pathetic; to try to help establish a friendly government in an area that has murdered it own for 4000 years. What has one to do with the other? Lets just say screw the rest of the world and huddle in together and push our cars (won't be able to afford the gas to drive them) across our new bridges.
Kendra 1: Yes I know! How terrible. First you are playing in the rocky soil, hungry because you have no food, thirsty because the camels drank your ration of water and lonely because everybody else your age has to gather dung to keep warn at night! Then, oh no! The poison gas!!!! You struggle as your lungs shut off and your eyes bleed; death is neither swift nor painless! Oh, wait, that was what Saddam did to his people, not what the US did. Sorry, I must have been looking at one of those kooky liberal sites.
Never mind!

Wow! I hate Bush so much, I want to kick his fat @$$! There are other things that we need the money for to help IMPROVE our contry, not TERRORIZE innocent people in Iraq. Imagine being a small child living in Iraq, with US military soldiers marching outside loaded with guns and weapons. Imagine that feeling of fear, as if they could kill you at any moment. I think Bush is too selfish and never should have started this war. The only other war America has started was the one against Mexico at least a hundred years ago.

What about the other towns torn apart by Katrina? They've recovered just fine. The local leadership in New Orleans was pathetic. My hubby did some time in New Orleans after Katrina, and he told me he would rather be back in Iraq. These people wanted help, then shot at the help! Then they complain when they left! I would have left too if I were getting shot at by the people WANTING my help! Alot of the money spent in Iraq is to pay our troops and to give them necessary supplies. I don't think they need to cut back on war spending, these men and women can't get much lower on the pay scale.

Yes I agree that it is pathetic. America is going to hell in a hand basket. The poor people in New Orleans were never really taken care of. Bridges are falling apart in the US. Our school system is being left by the way side, kids and adults without insurance, old people not being able to pay for medication. Bushes cure was the new insurance for medicare recepiants. Boy is that even a laugh. It is costing them more than it did before. I told my Mom not to bite. I worked for Insurance for years and I can't see where this plan is any help. We have to many people out of work and not enough jobs. Instead technology has made it so we need less people on one job. That smart thinking!!!!! We have a lot of people working minimum wage jobs and trying to raise a family on that. And a lot of these people are starving. One meal a day is not good enough. Kids need more than that. Americas dirty little secret is finally coming out. We put rapist on the street instead of sending them to prision. I say, well you don't want to know what I think they should do with these people!!!!!!!!!!!!! Men, preist, doctors, police men and judges molesting children and getting away with it. The world is a beautiful place to live, but it is the people in it that are not so good. And if we don't have enough problems here, now we send all of our young boys to war to either kill or paralize them. Then the government does not want to take care of these boys. Just like they won't help the people in New Orleans, or the old people or the starving childred in the US. I love this country but we need politicians that are going to do good for this country and not fight a war because of the OIL. I say bring our boys home now. But remember we still will have to pay to rebuild them. But who helps the people of New Orleans to rebuild?

For Kendra, the US has started wars in the past 109 years with; The Spanish, the Koreans, the Vietnamese, the Somalians, the Iraqis the first time, Syria, Nicaragua, Haiti, Grenada, Afghanistan, remote operations in Kazakhstan and Trinidad and Tobago. I know I am forgetting a few but just thought I would correct you.

These numbers dont seem possible. Americas military budget is about 550 billion. which is about 11 times more than the second highest, but America spends loads of money on the best of everything and researching how to make it even better. Plus they have to pay soldiers and provide money for their education and stuff. Plus retirement pensions and life insurance for retired soldiers.
But i agree, that not enough is being done in New Orleans.

I doubt the money is even going to the war, more like into contractor's pockets like the ones doing the FEMA camps here and planning theNWO. New Orleans had oil wells there that went down and levies that we damaged and overlooked
We'd better start on Congress again to cut-off this nonsense when the citizens here are being neglected and jobs out-sourced!

What does that have to do with Katrina. I would remind bridges don't fall apart in a span of 7 years. Got the lengths you people go to to blame a Republican simply amazes me. How about a government beauracracy that has only grown since well, I don't know, how about FDR's reign.

well, think of it this way, no iraq, no al qaeda, no al aqeda, no terrorism, once bush exterminated the taliban, the peace of the world improved a little bit until the al qaedans arrived, if al qaeda remains in the middle east, they might take over israel which has nuclear power bombs and iran which is starting to develop nuclear power, if they take over these two countries and they join an alliance with other countries like cuba, north korea, venezuela, etc , countries that hate the USA, they might cause another world war, M.A.D between countries, which will cause nuclear destruction world wide... the cuban missile cirisis might repeat itself...

Get your facts straight you big dummy sometimes it just needs to be said, if we don't fight this war and finish the war on terrorism aka al qaeda they will finish us, some of you people are so stupid it makes me scared I can't even begin to stress this it really scares me. The media is a bunch of garbage that only shows one side of the war so you think were losing a down hill battIe, I think you all need to sit down and rethink your lives tonight. I could go on and on for hours and give you accurate facts but I'm not going to waste my time as I think it's to late for you.
