When shopping for a bike in the $200~500 price range take your time and compare the component spec's closely. All so check a few other stores and a few bike shops. The 2008 models are coming out and a few bike shops might have a brand new 2005 or 6 at a very reasonable price, and these would be spec'd better than a Sports Authority bike for the around the same price.

I don't know the exact bike you mean, but from seeing the ironhorse bikes at sportchek, they are usually overpriced. Not ridiculously, but you can still get a better bike for around the same price. I suggest Specialized and Norco. Also check out pinkbike.com, as they have a huge buy&sell section for both hardtail and full suspension and you can find some great deals there. (mainly canada though)

Hope that helps!

Dude ironhorse's pro series is kick ***, but don't know about that bike thought it would be more. for the price i'd look at a trek or if your willing to spend a bit more check out specialized.
