How would a female say "I love you" to a male and vis versa in Hebrew?

Female to male: Ani ohevet ot'cha.
Male to female: Ani ohev otach.

The answer you got is right, but please note that 'ch' here does mean the sound of 'ch' in English words like 'cheese'. It's the so-called guttural (really velar) sound that some English speakers do make in names like Bach or Chaim, and which is something between a "k" and an "h".
