A thief in Paris planned to steal some paintings from the Louvre. After careful planning, he got past security, stole the paintings and made it safely to his van.
However, he was captured only two blocks away when his van ran out of gas.When asked how he could mastermind such a crime and then make such an obvious error, he replied, "Monsieur, that is the reason I stole thepaintings. I had no Monet to buy Degas to make the Van Gogh."

unfortunately i have no sense of humor unless it hits me in the face.

i think of it particularly is grossly unjust to label humor, catagorize it into 'ranges.' a competent, nicely-theory and actually humorous pun is greater effective by utilising an prolonged way than a smart attempt at satire that fails. the base line: If it makes somebody chuckle, then it is not proper how sophiscated the humorous tale is.

When I first sassed to my parents that
I needed 'my space,' they yelled,

Here's my take. Someone walking
slips on a banana peel for example,
and an adult finds it humorous. How
can this be "higher" in any way over
an eight-year-old grasping the pun
element?
So I'm with you. I enjoy watching the Pun rise.
