If I eat like a banana and yogurt for breakfast, a small salad or a plum and a gronala bar for lunch, and maybe some more fruit for dinner. Do you consider that anorexic or eating healthy?

Anorexia isn't just about extreme dieting -- it's a mental disorder. So, just giving us a list of what you eat doesn't really answer the question -- it has to do what how you feel about eating/food and yourself, and what you are thinking all day long in regards to those issues.

If you are concerned that you are anorexic, please talk to your doctor (or parent if you are under 18) to get some help, as anorexia carries a lot of really awful short-term side effects, as well as a pretty dramatic long-term side effect: death.

What I can tell you, however, is that you are NOT eating a healthy diet. You aren't getting enough protein or whole grains, and you certainly aren't taking in enough calories to keep your body functioning normally. Eating a diet like this for a prolonged time will make you feel like total crap -- tired, pale, disinterested in doing anything, etc. It can make your muscles sore, it can do damage to your internal organs, it can make your hair fall out, it'll make you catch every cold that you encounter as your immune system weakens. It's just really really not a good idea.

I'd strongly encourage you to talk to a doctor or nutritionist about how to eat a healthy diet, and again, if you are concerned you may have an eating disorder, please seek help as soon as possible!

well the banana and yogurt is good, small salad is good, but eat more than a plum and granola bar and fruit for dinner is GREAT! but it would be better if you ate 5 to 6 meals everyday that were small. you are not anorexic because they dont eat at all so dont worry about that, but add more meals with less food good luck

I don't know if it's anorexic, because anorexia involves emotional issues and thoughts that lead to controlled eating, but it's definitely not eating healthy. I'd be pretty darn hungry if that was my normal day!
You need far more complex carbs, calories, protein and more to survive, have energy and be healthy.

All of those foods are healthful foods, but a complete healthy diet needs much more variety.

This information does not tell us anything other than you are eating too little. Are you terrified or becoming fat and will go to extremes to keep your weight down? Do you see yourself as fat no matter how much weight you lose, although your friends and family tell you that you look fine? These are important questions you need to ask yourself. If you think you may be suffering with an eating disorder, you should confide in someone you can trust and see a doctor as soon as possible.

u need carbs and protein in ur diet. and u need fat in order to survive, as wierd as that is. u can still eat healthy, but eat more variety (ex: grilled chicken breast with salad for lunch, or chicken for dinner, etc). Veggies are also good to incorporate =)
