Very very few folks have Rife machines - so what I would suggest you might consider is googling for some of the many RIFE forums that are on the web and then posting there.
You may strike lucky on here - I hope you do - but if not, please try joining one or two of the free forums and asking there - you are MUCH more likely to find folks who both know people in the area and also can provide other feedback / support for you.
Alas, I am in the UK so cannot help in a more practical way.

Try looking on Ebay, they have them going cheaply.
