I already have an ample rear. I do NOT want it to be bigger. I'm in decent shape but want to lose 10 pounds. I work in a very tall office building and my office is on the 19th floor. I climb the stairs each morning for a miny workout but worried that my butt will get bigger.

read the question more clearly. 19th floor of a building, not 19 stairs! I counted one day, it is over 350 stairs actually(in a hot and humid NYC building). point made though, so I will keep climbing
