I'm asian, and usually asians are below the average weight for americans. I'm 14 and am 5'8" and 128 pounds, my mom says i'm looking a little bit fat nowadays, so i'm worried.

Yes, I've heard asians should keep their BMI at 23 or under in which case you would still fall at the lower end of the acceptable BMI range. You should not go under 120lb.

you are at a normal weight: b/c your BMI is 19.5
BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
maybe your mom was just teasing you.. or myabe your mom was just worried that you might gain wieght when you get older.. so be sure to eat sensibly nad exercise!
or maybe your mom was just upset that her child is growing up so fast.. so naturally.. if you are getting taller.. you'll need to put on some weight

at your height, you are underweight, respect your mom, but don't believe everything she says.
