I heard that wearing braces at the age of 25 above, during the time wearing, our teeth will shift actually, but possibility of the jaw (teeth) be back to original position after removing the braces?
Is it true? As i am going to fix braces in few weeks later, then very worry to hear about this.

You can definitely get braces past the age of 25. You will have cemented wire retainers on the back side of your teeth to hold everything in place. The only issue you need to consider is resorption. The roots of your teeth can resorb as they move through the bone. This means that the roots can sort of "erode" away as they are moved with the braces. Resorption becomes more prevalent as you age. If you are just closing some gaps, then you should be fine, but if you are moving teeth over great distances, then this is an issue you may want to consider and as your orthodontist/dentist about.

Actually, it is BETTER to have braces when you're past your twenties. If you get them in your teens like most people, your teeth will shift as you grow, and ultimately your teeth will shift back to their original positions.

If you get them after you've stopped growing, however, your teeth won't move as drastically. They will move (they always do unless you wear a retainer 24/7 for the rest of your life), but not as drastically--they'll still look perfect, except under the eyes of a trained orthodontist.

Most people have to wear a retainer at night to keep their teeth from moving back, even if they had braces as a teen.

20 is not too old to have braces. My mom got braces in her early 30's. She has to wear a retainer at night even 18 years later to keep her teeth in place, but I do too. I had mine at 15.

You heard wrong information. I got my braces on, including a dental surgery at the age of 28. The orthodontic practice I went to sees patients of all ages, and the results are the same as for the teens.

My sister had braces when she was forty, her teeth are straight still and she is now 62.

THE OLDEST PATIENT I HAD IN BRACES WAS A 64 Y.O. LADY.
GET PERMANENT WIRE RETAINERS AND YOUR SMILE WILL STAY LOOKING GREAT FOREVER.
