Unlike humans, cats do not mate for pleasure. She is only mating for the purpose of reproduction. However, during a duration of the estrus (in heat), it is quite common to mate with several different toms since it lasts about 4 days if she is bred. It is also quite common to have kittens with DNA traits from more than one tom. For example, you could have a white cat that mated with a tabby, a calico, and a siamese, and have kittens of each mix. I suggest getting her spayed as soon as possible. You won't have to deal with finding kittens homes, feral kittens, and your cat will be healthier in the long run.

Do you have other options for employment? This woman sounds like a control freak. Is there any chance you can talk to her and tell her what a nut case she is? If she is out of line, report her? If not, I would look for other employment options. In the meantime, if she tries to blame you for something, say what do you suggest? If it is something you think she should have done, just say it, I thought you were going to do it but I'll take care of it. They say you can get more out of people with honey instead of vinegar. This woman isn't a friend, she's your boss!

Option 1: Get her away from the males cats.
Option 2: Take her to the vet to check out if she has a problem.
Option 3: Get rid of the male cats.
Option 4: Just let her at it. She'll get tired eventually.
Option 5: Spay her and you shouldn't have a problem.
Good Luck!!!!

Stop putting human behavior onto felines who are in 'season'. This is mating season for cats right now, and you've got unaltered toms and queens who are doing what's natural to them at this time of year.

If you don't like it, get the tomcats neutered and the females spayed. That's all there is to it. The hormones will stop, the cats won't want or need to breed because they can't come in or out of season for them, and there'll be no more confusion between you and farm animals about natural animal behavior.

Cats don't have sex for pleasure. They have sex to mate. By mating with different males she can ensure her seed will be spread.
Get the cats fixed and you won't have this problem

I think you should take her to a nunnery where they can lecture her about being a chaste cat.
