What impresses potential employers is that you demonstrate that you did your job well. That usually means how much more money (revenue) you brought into the company or how much money you saved the company. When possible, talk about your accomplishments in terms of money.

The most impressive thing you can put on your resume is a demonstration of your ability to ACCOMPLISH. Not just showing that you did your duties, but that you were willing to go the extra mile.

That's what employers are most impressed by. They're tired of employees that do as little as they possibly can - they know the value of someone who is willing to do what is not expected of him or her.
