How can we be sure that the creatures in this planet were made by God in the first place? Maybe, we're just part of an experiment by some intelligent extraterrestrial life form. But I think the probability of the devil making other creatures is pretty low. I mean, he probably doesn't even exist. And if he does, I don't think God would let him create either.

Yes, it's possible. Just as it's possible that there's a planet inhabited by creatures made by ice cream sandwiches.
The real question what makes you think that our planet is inhabited with creatures made by a god?

Lucifer was created by God. Lucifer got carried away with his beauty and forgot that he was created. He has formidable powers, but he is not God. Neither can he create anything other than an illusion. He is not almighty. All that he does by his malevolent free will always backfires on him. He would never have orchestrated the death of Jesus Christ had he known he was orchestrating his own loss. That loss will find him eventually in the Lake of Fire forever. Right now he is the ruler of this world, the god of this world. He deceives the nations and blinds the eyes of men lest they see the glorious light of the gospel of Jesus Christ. God wants all men to be saved; the devil wants all men to perish.

Interesting question. But I think that from indications from the Bible, the Devil can only mimmick rather than create things himself--plus the only creater I know of is God. And if the Devil is the god of this world and has control over 1/4th of the earth (land--Revelations) I do believe that this is in fact the Devil's world, I've read it many times. ...I think we are the only planet with life & I think God works one at a time.

Satan can't create, only pervert what God has made.
Or less dramatically put, the devil is not the polar opposite of God. Rather he is the polar opposite of the Archangel Michael. Powerful? Certainly. But not imbued with creation.
Nifty question though. Would make for a good sci-fi book.

Earth's inhabitants were not made by any of the thousands of gods that mankind 'created' over the short span of human existence.

I think we already have 'all made by God; some inhabited by satan'. Could be an alternate universe though, right?
