i tried orajel, but thats not helping.. do you know any good ones or any home remedies for incoming teeth?

Congratulations, if they are coming in straight, and if you can use them. That alone, for me, would make the pain of teething endurable.

My 4 wisdoms are coming through, worst part is, i have a twin block (plate) preventing them from coming all the way through so its heaps painful. I try not to use anything on them. but if it does get too bad i just use panadol, that usually helps

TAKE SOME IBUPROFEN.IT WON'T MAKE THE PAIN VANISH BUT IT WILL TAKE THE EDGE OFF. TRY NOT TO EAT CRUNCHY HARD FOODS. ORAJEL ONLY PROVIDES SOME TEMPORARY RELIEF ONCE THE TEETH BREAK THOUGH THE GUMS.

Well when i get a tooth ache, i use a painkiller... hope this helps
