Hi,

I've been playing sax for years and years... it was working yesterday, but today it's not.

I picked it up and tried to play..
everything sounds like I'm using the octave key.
I can kinda make some notes (B, A) work slightly by using undertones, but G is always weird and so is everything below that.

Do you think it is a leak?

Or what?

And how hard is it to fix?

I need it for band tomorrow...... :-(

it could be a leak but also check if any of the keys are stuck and make sure all those little spring things that make the keys pop back up didnt pop out of place

It sounds like a leak, probably from a bent key. Take it to the shop and get it fixed. For you to fix, and fix correctly, it's impossible. You don't know what you are doing.
