im 13 5'2 140 if i do this will i loose 20 pounds of fat in three months

breakfast-cheerios and fat free milk

snack-fruit //or veggie

lunch - turkey sandwhich on 100 % whole wheat

snack-fruit // or veggie

dinner - fish and veggies

45 mins of joggin/sprinting

3-4 days of lifting wiegtts a week

cani lose 20 pounds doin this?

If this wont work tell me what will

you may need to increase your intake a bit or your body will go into starvation and you won't lose anything.

Yes. Make sure to check with your gym teacher or a trainer or your family doctor to make sure the exercise isn't too much for your age and physical condition. Also ask if your weight is 20 pounds too high - sometimes the weight we want is not healthy.
