It's really hard to fit in excersise with such a busy scheduale but you have to substitute TV time and some fun activities for a 20 minute jog. Just try fitting it in. Try running every day and if you can't its ok just try doing it every other day. but make sure to add more distance every time you jog. You must improve every day.

Make it a priority. Schedule it, and if there are conflicts with your workouts - move other stuff out of the way, not your workouts. Find a buddy or a group to do the workouts with. Then treat your scheduled time as if it was an appointment that you can't miss. Another way is to "attach" it to somethings that you won't fail to do. For example, make it a rule for yourself when the classes are over for the day you go for a workout right away before you do anything else.

Put more effort into the things you are doing already. If you walk, try walking harder or faster to your classes or to work. Maybe try jogging home of an evening. Change your diet if need be, cut out all fast food and eat fruit or vegetables instead. When you have sex, try getting on top and doing all the hard work. Visit this site and maybe you can find a few more tips.

You make time. Do it by getting up earlier, sacrifcing part of a lunch break if you have time, etc. You need to figure out what your priorities are and then make a schedule that gives you time to do what you need to for school, get a workout in, and get enough sleep and time to eat to stay healthy.
