LAZY DAISY CAKE
Beat 2 eggs. Add gradually 1 cup sugar, beating constantly. Sift 1 c flour. Add to the eggs. Heat to the boiling point 1/2 c milk with 1 1/2 T butter. Add to the mixture and beat well (mixture will be thin). Bake 30 minutes at 350º. If you have any vanilla, add 1 tsp. Frost with the following frosting:
BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
1 c milk
1/4 c flour
1 c butter at room temperature
1 c granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla (if you have it)
Combine milk and flour in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Cream the butter and sugar until very fluffy. Add vanilla and cooled flour mixture. Continue to beat at medium speed until frosting is very fluffy and sugar is completely dissolved (feel it between your two fingers). Spread over your cake.

I would be lazy and just make the chocolate pudding. Swirl some peanut butter in it and dip the banana in.

You can make pancakes and crepes. You can probably make much more but that`s all I came up with. Use your imagination.
