Music Match Jukebox comes with my computer for free. When I got the message that Yahoo bought it out and that it's services were ending Aug.31 I tried to upgrade. Every time I try to do the installation process it always says failed. I'm not a plus user. Now I understand that these are the requirements:

Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (32-bit versions) or Vista (32 and 64-bit versions)
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher ( Yahoo! Music Jukebox Plus requires Windows Media Player 10 or higher)
Pentium III 1GHz processor
Latest Windows Service Packs (SP2 is recommended)

The requirements I know I meet is that I have an XP. I could easily upgrade my Windows Media to 9.0. But how do I know if I have Internet Explorer 6.0, Pentium III 1GHz processor, and the latest Windows Service Packs. Could someone please help me. I would truly appreciate it.

On your Windows Desktop right click on "My Computer". Scroll down and select "Properties". You should get XP and which service pack, also CPU information and how much memory you have installed.
For IE, open up IE then click on "Help" then scroll down to "About Internet Explorer" That should tell you which version you have.

Do your self a desire and do not down load it in any respect. I did and now all of my tune folders are absolutely long past from my difficult force. I uninstalled the Jukebox which had such a lot of my tune inside it, pondering that the tune might by hook or by crook come again, it did not and now I don't have anything. Luckily I can get better it with again up cd's. DON'T DO IT!!
