if you are called by a collections agency and they ask you if your able to pay a dept and you tell them you cant right now....but are working on it, and they say "nevermind ill just sugest they sue you" and then hang up, what can i do about this? i have disputed some of this since we didnt owe the amount they are saying we owe, and everytime i call them or go to them or anything asking for proof that we owe this much money they have failed to show it. i even went to the main managemnet company of the apartment complex. .... oh they also say we owe shure deposit even though we never signed anything for sure deposit and when i called sure deposit they were unable to find anything that i signed

you are screwed. Accept it and quickly make a plan to pay with the money sharks. They will sue and win. Once you send in one payment they can't sue cause in good faith you are paying it off.They will lay off for awhile and send something small now and then and they will like the bottom feeders they are wait patiently for you to send something else. Then most likely they are trying to scam you. If you owe no one anything, there's nothing to fear. You can file a lawsuit against them for harassment. If they do not show you proof that you owe something and of what you owe, but they're bitching at you pay them back, you then let them know that you will contact your attorney and will file a lawsuit for harassment against them. You then take legal action.

you're making the money to the sequence company. of course that's been a collectively as given which you made money. in case you probably did not make preparations with the lender they'll immediately turn the account over to a team company. I doubt you are going to have the skill to consolidate something with this on your credit. i'm not asserting do not try.......yet you extra advantageous have a co-signer with innovations-blowing credit.

Yes, an itemized statement of charges is supposed to be furnished long before it goes into collection. There must be some kind of fair housing group or housing commission you can contact to complain to.

Have you requested a detailed accounting via letter? Send it certified, return receipt. You need a paper trail.

dont admit to it and never pay even one penny on the debit or u are claiming responsibility
