I have a shelving unit in my new office that is about 8 feet tall. It is full of binders that need to be there. There are about 2 (out of 6) shelves that are empty. I have an idea of that to do with those shelves BUT....I can't figure out what to do with the top of the unit??? Any thoughts other than a plant?

How about a plant and then some family photos to put up there with the plant; Plants always look nice in an office, and that way you keep your personal photos off the desk which should be a work unit only.

Offices can sometimes be a dungeon of slavery. Put in what ever is acceptable that will make you happier, or at least less stressful

lava lamps...or one of those animated water pics with sound..you dont necessarily have to put something up top, but you could hang this kind of picture on the wall so it looks like its sitting up there...
