immigration help...??

ok,,
here's the story/..\

my grandfather brother died with his wife in a car accident. almost 2yrs ago
they have 3 childern
1 boy,,((6yrs old))
and 2 girls ((1 girl is 4 yrs old and the other is 2yrs old))
the childern r being taken care of by there neighbor,,
we dont have much family in the country and some dont care much for them...
my grandfather died 16yrs ago and his brotehr dont care about each other
so they cant help
i really love these kids and want them to live a good life,,
they r really misreble
i want to bring them in the usa with me because i cant leave the usa
if any1 know how,,this will be a bigg help
so can i 18 yr old girl r my dad bringthem in the usa to live with us..?
if any1 know how,,
plz tell me

You need legal help. Look in the yellow pages for legal aid. Or look for New Americans, or just look for an immigration attorney, explain that you don't have money for an attorney and need to help some orphaned children who are out of the country, and ask who can help you.
I hope you and your dad are legal citizens though. If not, you could be putting yourselves in danger.
Isn't there someone there that's trustworthy enough to help the children buy things they need if you send money?
Is there a church close to the children where a priest or a minester would help the children?
Can the people who have the children put them up for adoption out of the country? Maybe they would do that if you found out where they should go to do it and who to talk to.
The children are young enough to be adopted into a home where they're wanted. But putting them up for adoption should be done right away.

only the immigration officer can tell u regardin yur dad adoptin those kids becos an unmarried 18 yr cant. if there's provision in adoption category in immigration , then yur dad can apply .i think there r chances
