God created you... you are his child and that is why he loves you.
He knows what your issues are and wants you to go to Him with those so that he can help you. Sometimes we have to learn to deal with them with the strength that God gives us
Spend time in the bible and praying for strength and for the anger to be worked thru without it becoming a problem... praying for you!

God loves you because that is who He is. He created us to know Him, however we often chose self over God, just like Eve and subsequently Adam did. It's that choice that spiritually separated us from God and why we need Christ to restore our relationship. Romans 5:8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us”.
Salvation, as I’m sure you know, comes from Christ calling you to Himself and you accepting Him by faith – Romans 10:9, “if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved”.
To help with the anger I would agree, like already mentioned, to take it to God in prayer, but also search scripture for some verses that deal with anger. Pick a couple that speak to you and memorize them. When you feel yourself getting angry try to bring these to memory, God can change hearts and He uses prayer AND His Word to do it - 2 Tim. 3:16-17. You might try www.biblegateway.com for some verses.
One more note – on salvation being a process. Justification (being saved) is by faith alone – Romans 5:1-2 & 10:9; John 3:16 & 5:24; Ephesians 1:13; 1 John 4:15. Justification is separate from sanctification, the setting us apart to be more like Christ. Sanctification is a process, however does not change the state of my salvation – Phil. 2:12; 1 Peter 1:2; 1 Thess.4:3-7.
If we have to “work” for our salvation, then it is no longer a free gift from God – Romans 6:23 - and there would be no need for Christ to have died to restore our spiritual state. Working or attempting to do good also contradicts verses like Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast”.

Pray for help to stop. You may not be capable, but God does his best work when you are weak and rely upon him. You have to mean it. Keep trying and praying.
Paul also got angry often. Prior to his conversion, he wasn't so nice. God can change anyone if they seek him faithfully!
Smile, God loves you!!!
Here is a favorite verse of mine that helps me when I face something I can not controll.
2 Corithians 12
7To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

God loves you - He loves us all.
But, salvation is a process, not a one time thing.
As Jesus himself tells us, "He who endures to the end will be saved" (Matt. 24:13; cf. 25:31–46). One who dies in the state of friendship with God (the state of grace) will go to heaven.
I am not aware of anything against myself, but I am not thereby justified [Gk., dedikaiomai]. It is the Lord who judges me" (1 Cor. 4:4). Concerning his remaining life, Paul was frank in admitting that even he could fall away: "I pummel my body and subdue it, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified" (1 Cor. 9:27). Of course, for a spiritual giant such as Paul, it would be quite unexpected and out of character for him to fall from God’s grace. Nevertheless, he points out that, however much confidence in his own salvation he may be warranted in feeling, even he cannot be infallibly sure either of his own present state or of his future course.
Philippians 2:12 says, "Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling." This is not the language of self-confident assurance. Our salvation is something that remains to be worked out.
The truth is that in one sense we are all redeemed by Christ’s death on the cross—Christians, Jews, Muslims, even animists in the darkest forests (1 Tim. 2:6, 4:10, 1 John 2:2)—but our individual appropriation of what Christ provided is contingent on our response.
Certainly, Christ did die on the cross once for all and has entered into the holy place in heaven to appear before God on our behalf. Christ has abundantly provided for our salvation, but that does not mean that there is no process by which this is applied to us as individuals. Obviously, there is, or we would have been saved and justified from all eternity, with no need to repent or have faith or anything else. We would have been born "saved," with no need to be born again. Since we were not, since it is necessary for those who hear the gospel to repent and embrace it, there is a time at which we come to be reconciled to God. And if so, then we, like Adam and Eve, can become unreconciled with God and, like the prodigal son, need to come back and be reconciled again with God, after having left his family.

Sin every day and have an anger problem yet you're "saved". Nice. No wonder people claim to believe.

You have to choose to work on your anger. If you pray about it, God can change your character.

It is called grace. God loves each of us. If we could earn our way to Heaven and into God's loving heart, then we would be doing our best to be good all the time. Fact is, we can't. We ALL screw up. Okay, so you have anger problems. Many have problems with pornography, lust, greed, sloth, impatience, adultery, infidelity, murder, stealing, envying, judging others, lying, cheating, selfishness, pride.....shall I go on?? We ALL struggle with sin.
God loves you. He loves us all. We ALL sin. I can't speak for others, but as for me, I KNOW I sin every day, even though I try not to. Yet I know that I am saved by God's grace and love. God doesn't like sin. He doesn't tolerate it. Yet He knows that we humans kind of can't help it because much as we try not to sin, we are imperfect and we live in a world where Satan tempts our hearts to do wrong. He provided a way for us to be forgiven for our sin. If God can love us enough to allow His Son Jesus Christ to come out of His Heavenly throne and live the life of a human man, complete with hunger, sleepiness, sickness, poverty, and the emotions that go along with being a human being, and if God can allow Jesus to be mocked, kicked, punched, whipped and nailed to a cross and to suffer a brutal death when He could have merely uttered a word and the angels would have saved Him, then that is proof of God's love for us. Now if Christ can love us enough to endure this, then by saying that our sin is not worthy of God's love and saying that God can't possibly love us because of our sin, we are saying that Christ's horrible death on the cross as payment for OUR sin was meaningless and was all for nothing. Christ already paid for your sin and mine. He even paid for the sins of Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden!! These guys are mass murderers - talk about your anger problems!! Christ even died for them. All you need to do is to receive the gift of Christ's death on the cross, believe that He rose from the dead to demonstrate that death has been conquered and to prove Himself as God, and to invite Him into your heart to help you live a life that is pleasing to Him, then you too will be saved and will spend eternity in Heaven with Him when you die. You will still sin. You will still be tempted to be angry. Having a relationship with Christ means that you will have God helping you to overcome that temptation. It means that you are forgiven each and every time you lose your temper. It means that while you are forgiven, you have to sincerely try to live a life pleasing to God. It means you will never be alone when the world comes crashing down upon you. I can't tell you how MANY times God has been there to lift me up, encourage me, and give me strength during my darkest hours. If I had not blocked my questions and answers from view (too many trolls on here), I'd invite you to see for yourself where I have been in my life and how God has helped me.
You are loved. We are ALL children of God, even though we all sin. God loves each of us and He forgives anyone who sincerely asks Him for forgiveness. I would invite you to ask Him into your heart, if you have not already done so, and then TRUST Him when He says you are forgiven. Lean on Him by talking to Him and you will feel His answer impressed upon your heart the more you talk to Him and trust Him to guide your life.
