I've been weight lifting for a year on and off, allthough i have gotten strength but i havent defiened my arms. Any one got any tips?

I am 15 6'1 and 210 pounds and I've been weight lifting for a year and a half , allthough i have aquired strength i havent defiened my arms or chest. Any one got any tips?

There are different types of weight training. you may be lifting for strength and not for bodybuilding. check out a fitness mag like Reps, Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Ironman magazine or X-reps.com, bodybuilding.com for different workouts. you should change your workout about every 4-6 weeks.

if you want muscle definition i suggest you try yoga. whereas weightlifting would bulk you up, yoga would tone your muscle and bring out muscle definition in all the areas the poses you do would concentrate on. i also lift weights from time to time but i mainly do yoga as i find it much demanding on concentration and would really build discipline. if you are the type who wants to try new things, i suggest you read on yoga and all the poses for the different body parts at www.yogajournal.com. goodluck!

u have to lower ur bf. eat healthy and diet. also tris are the largest part of ur arms so work on those more.

More muscle mass comes from more weight.
