^I don't think Christians are stupid, I don't think anyones beliefs are stupid. You are being short sighted. First Jesus or Christ as you say was Jewish he never converted, so if he came back for his people, who do you think would be first in line? He never asked for anyone to pray to him.
There is room in this world for all our beliefs, that includes Wiccans, Atheists and Agnostics, basically what you are saying is, everyone who doesn't believe as you do is stupid.
I'm truly surprised and disappointed, I thought you were tolerant of all people and I'm finding out your short sighted in your ideas.
If you want to believe that Christ will return and you and all who believe will go with him that's fine, but please don't tell me and others with different beliefs that we will be sorry or as you said, say oops or as I was once told going to hell.
I'm a good decent person and help people when ever I can, it doesn't matter what their beliefs, race or sexual preferences are they are people. Blessed be.

There is only one certainty that I hold when it comes to religion, and that is that everyone(including myself) is wrong. What true spirituality IS cannot help but be coloured by the experience of this life; the infinite is viewed through the finite, and people's theorizing is bound to be faulty.
I think that there is so much focus on who is right and who is wrong, that the true and useful purpose of religion--to help people cope with a difficult, present life--is obscured. Questions about religion do not bother me--I am an Atheist, you know--but I admire the religious-minded who accept that their beliefs are to be transformed into action for the common good. Faith that is allowed to remain only an adjective is not very useful.
If there be a God, I'm sure that he would much rather people make a verb out of him and act to improve the quality of life here on earth; as far as the "end times" and who is right and who is wrong, the Bible itself says "Let the secret things belong to God".

Well if there WAS a Christ and he/she DID come back, I would gladly believe. I like the idea of not just dying and rotting in the ground. But as of now, I stand firmly to my belief of nothing.

IF a dead man were to ever return looking for his true followers, there would be so many supposed Christians left on Earth that I doubt anyone would notice the few that he took.

Semper Fi, you drastically understate the "big loud collective" when you describe it merely as "OOPS!" But you already knew that.

I may actually be relieved to see you people gone. When the good shepherd comes back for his sheep, I'll be shouting "get the flock out of here."

I don't think christians are stupid, just gullible.
Anyway, here's a question for you: Why do christians GLOAT about non-christians and the end-times. You say," Pray for them " .... but really, it's like Reality TV.... you wanna watch us burn. Admit it.

Yeah...ok. When that happens I'll stop thinking Christians are delusional. I'm not going to hold my breath for it, and I don't suggest you do, either.

I will be happy in the arms of Jesus! I will be thankful, but mournful for the lost. Such a sad thought to think of all the ones we try to warn but will not listen. They choose the world instead of iternal life with the understanding this world is only a glimpse to the time we will spend in heaven. I know what I am doing is for my Jesus and noone can take him from me. I am souled out for my king!
