As much as I'd like to gloat about another Republican going down, I'm also aware that it's not fair to condemn an entire group for their bad apples.
For example, I wouldn't want the bold brush of corruption to go across the entire Democratic party because of William Jefferson's corruption.
However, it does seem distressing that the men who are being outed as gay are also the ones who are "pro-family" and anti-gay in their voting.

Lawmakers in DC are just like normal people everywhere. There are 535 folks in congress (435 in the House and 100 in the senate.) Some of them are noble, some are despicable. Just like normal people.
We're all sinners - so I don't judge "perverts".

Yes, it certainly galls me to see Republicans talk about "family values" and "preservation of marriage" blah, blah, blah and then end up in an affair, heterosexual or homosexual. It's the hypocrisy, not the sex.
But I do believe Craig's arrest was for disorderly conduct, not public sex.

What did the guy do? ... I didn't really see anything on the page that would make me think he was a pervert, tell what it is that he is messed up about and I'll answer better.

This Thomas character seems fairly hypocritical.

They only talk about "family values" to satisfy their fundamentalist religious right-wing supporters. They are mostly all slime.
