I would take a good taco any day and the beauty of a taco is that you can put just about anything into a tortilla. You can create a very healthy taco by selecting a corn tortilla with grilled chicken, turkey or pork and veggies, or a semi-healthy taco by making it with beef OR you can make a fattening taco with flour tortillas, beef, cheese, & avacados.
But EITHER WAY all tacos are yummy!!!!

Now on the other hand, you can't make a hamburger healthy no matter how you make it.

This isnt a fair comparison, it would take 5 normal sized tacos to fill me up while it would take just one half pound burger to do the same.
A fair comparison would be the hamburger and a torta, in which a good milanesa torta would win hands down...
I thought I should add that the hamburger is actually German in origin (Hamburg?) and German immigrants brought it over. And the torta, while Mexican in origin, is influenced by French immigrants that arrived in Mexico during the French Intervention...

Hamburgers. Tacos make me violently ill. And ketchup is like the best invention there ever was. It's good with almost everything.
