take your curling iron and take little peices of hair and wrap it around the iron without clamping it.
do your whole head then spray with hairspray...
do NOT brush unless you want them to be a puffy ..

There's sprays that you can buy that you just spritz in and your hair will get wavy. But, after you take a shower let it air dry, it creates the most natural waves, then, three-barrel your hair and it will become wavy and natural looking.

my hair is naturally wavy, if i scoop it up in a towel after i shower and let it dry almost fully before i take it out, itll stay curly somewhat like that picture. try doing that - also put in a curl serum or something that wont make your hair sticky ie marc anthony
