many different animals have been filmed , interacting in a sexual manner - but it was not between female and male, but male and male! care to tell me if this is also just a life style these animals seek , like humans do(because thats what I keep reading ), or is there more in homosexual behavior that should not be judged as a life style?

all I ever hear is that homosexuals choose their ife style and that it is a sin! I beg to differ! we are all mammals , like it or not! we do not choose but live the way we are designed and if I love another woman instead of a man because my DNA says so how can you go beyond that and call it a life style?????????

please WOW me with something that makes sense - and no psalms and scripture please!

Im a Christian and I do believe some are born gay. I have heard about this male on male thing in the animal kingdom. Why isnt there female on female. I would figure this could impede a good point being made.

Ok, this is copy and paste from another question almost identical to this one, but please read:

I don't reject the idea, it makes a lot sense to me. If a person considers homosexuality a sin, and believes we are all born sinful, why would that not include something like homosexuality?

I was born with sinful sexual desires, I desire to fornicate and have sex with someone I'm not married to. No one had to teach me. I didn't learn it from someone. Seems like most Christians would just consider it a moot point whether or not a person is born that way or not.

I guess maybe it does make them feel better, by placing the blame solely on the individual's choice. Anyway, people need to stop overemphasizing homosexuality as a sin. Yes, I do believe it is a sin, but there are a lot more sins that straight people partake in that no one wants to talk about. It's amazing how a straight "Christian" who does every other sin in the book will condemn a homosexual.

ADD: I appreciate a good amount of sense and logic to my arguments, and I try to provide that. You probably still won't like it cuz I state I do believe homosexuality to be a sin, but I'm trying to make as much sense as I can. It seems like a pretty logical thought process to me as a Christian. Hope that helped.

EDIT: wally is speaking along the same lines too, and makes some good points

Well dogs will hump on a humans leg, but that doesn't make it a logical or viable relationship.
I am a christian, but as you wish will avoid using religion as a reason for voting against. first let me say I am not judging those that behave in this manor. My argument is in the illogical unhealthy lifestyle as to deny the flow of nature as the unity of male and female and how this strengthens both. each lack what the other provides. not just for them but their offspring which is completely impossible to even consider having offspring if they are truly homosexuals unless, they pretend not to be and in doing so may prove maybe they could stand to go the other way. The only other way for offspring would be to buy or steal one. and I'm sure there are exception with homosexuals raising children. I am referring to the absents of mates having children with homosexuals therefore their lifeline or family tree dies, this fact alone makes such a lifestyle illogical and shallow, revolving only around sexual behavior.

It cracks me up when someone compares people to animals.

Some animals also eat their young, eat their own feces, and mate randomly with every other animal of their species in a ~five mile radius by instinct to spread their seed. (Source: Animal Planet). (FYI, sometimes an animal also mount another of the same sex as a show of dominance.) Are you crediting people with having the same *high* morals, ethics, and intelligence as animals?

Jesus didn't die for the animals because they don't have a soul, nor the wisdom to know right from wrong. (Or would you arrest a bull elephant if he trampled someone to death for getting to close to their herd?)

All this without scripture. But of course I can also supply plenty of these; if you're interested, feel free to e-mail me. Have a nice day.

Is nature our teacher? Christianity teaches that we are all in need of salvation. We have a fallen nature and all the earth is fallen as well. So we cannot be satisfied with doing what comes natural.

Should the pedophile do what comes natural to him? Does nature teach us that violence is natural? Are some people born with genes which give them a natural tendency toward alcoholism or other addictions? All kinds of sin comes naturally. What could be more natural than fornication? Yet, Christians strive for a higher calling.

Would you settle presently for male loving male (sexually) scripture (2 Sam. 1:26)?

No Psalms or Scripture?? That attitude is why you are in bondage to this sin, and by continuing to reject Scripture is the reason why you will remain in bondage and die in your sins. Quit filling your life with people who say what you want to hear because no matter how many cheerleaders you get, your heart will "never" be at peace because God made you in the image of Him, but you have corrupted that image with opposition towards God and His Word. This is truly meaningless!

Sorry, but it IS scriptural. Within the story of Sodom and Gommorah the spirit of homosexualily wanted to have sexually intercourse with the beings sent there. They did not know God when he visited. They wanted to have intercourse with God. Someone they were not suppose to be have intercourse with. The same holds true today. They are sleeping with people they are not suppose to be sleeping with. It is nothing new. Now, never argue with homosexuality because God himself deals with it. There he blinded them. So never follow them and always advise them to keep their eye on Lot.
