I know it is possible, but I just wanted opinions from other people regarding this matter. If a person is in a relationship, can he or she like, admire, or even have feelings for someone else.

Without a doubt. The question is do YOU want to be in a relationship with a person that can not establish bounders?

Yes it is possible, however if that is the case then they shouldn't be in that relationship or any relationship at all. When your in a relationship with someone, you should give your all to that person. Im in a relationship and i could never imagine there being anyone else, or having feeling for someone other than my man. That is the way it should be.

When you have feeling for someone, do all feelings for othrs disappear?? Of course not.

You can love, like, admire, lust for many people.

If you dont, there is a problem.

It doesnt mean you have to be inappropriate with anyone.

yes it is possible and it happens all the time, that is why it's called dating, until you find your "mate" the one that no matter what is it, they are the only one you have feelings for etc.
