It was not just an isloated event either. Many states have reported such incidents where illegals were arrested and let go because they were told not to report them to ICE, only to later commit rapes, thefts, murders and the like!

Well, in the FIRST place, an illegal alien doesn't BELONG here in the first place, so the crime was totally avoidable. If the illegal alien wasn't here, the crime wouldn't have been committed.............PERIOD.

"Pros" love to use the analogy....or examples of citizens or legal immigrants that commit crime. This is life. Every country has crime, but crime committed by those illegally in the country is totally avoidable.

The pros won't admit it, but....perhaps in their heart they may, but...how would they feel if their little 5 year old daughter was raped by an illegal alien?? Would they blame the government for not enforcing our laws?? Or would they say...well, Americans do the same thing...so its ok...

Here's an interesting analogy I read on here for those thick in the head:

Suppose a sex offender that was NOT A STUDENT went inside a school and raped and killed a student. This person had been hanging out in the school for months, according to other students. Everybody knew he was there, even the other teachers.

The question is would this student still be alive today if this person was not in the school?

The "common sense" answer is YES!!!!

Outraged parents, especially the parent of the girl killed would DEMAND to know why this person was allowed to hang out in the school.

Yes, it is possible that other students or teachers could have done the same thing, as a matter of fact, it does happen.

But that's NOT WHAT HAPPENED. An unauthorized person was in the school and killed a student.

Would you try to tell the parents the same nonsense you are spouting here?? Well, students or teachers could have done the same thing, it happens all the time. Why are you picking on the unauthorized person? Because it was a needless loss. If the school enforced its rules, that girl WOULD be alive today.

It is a shameful fact that there are bad apples in every bunch. It angers me. I am saddened for the family and friends of the victims, and outraged at the MEN that did it. They may have been soldiers but ultimately they were MEN. It shames me to no end as there are so many good men and women trying to do what is right and to see that a handful of people with no ethics or morals were able to carry something like this out while supposed to be serving and protecting, its just wrong. What is even more wrong is that other soldiers were kidnapped and executed in revenge for what these soldiers did. Two wrongs don't make a right especially when justice will be carried out with this case. Military justice has a 90(+) % conviction rate and a case this high profile will end in the death penalty. This girl and her family will be avenged through justice. Who will avenge the victims who were executed unjustly?

Gary S has hit it on the head. Child rapists need to be offed. There is no therapy that will help them. I know libs, poor guy has a sickness. F**k that. They need to go. What I really can't understand is when sentencing these people doesn't the judge ever think of his kids or grandkids. It sickens me. On the immigration issue, They should all be deported if not here legally regardless of ethnic or religious background.

Outraged and saddened, the same as I'd feel if that person wasn't an illegal. What are you trying to say here, that it would be OK if the perp were native born? I'll give you enough credit to believe that that ISN'T what you're saying, so a criminal's immigration status is immaterial...a vile person is a vile person regadless of his residency status.

I feel that someone did not do their job. That guy should never have been on the streets. And where are the parents of the teenagers that he was hanging out with and buying liquor for? Three college students are in their graves for some scumbag that should never have been here to begin with.

When ANYONE is caught doing anything so horrifically sub-human, I feel outraged and having nothing more than a burning desire for justice. If it had been my child, there would be no further victims. The story would end there.

Its a shame that our law enforcement would commit such a stupid and tragic mistake. However, it has nothing to do with immigration status and everything to do with a glitch in the sysytem. I would like to read some of the articles that you have been reading. Thanks.

Of course everyone feels enraged with the Justice System that failed, but what does it matter whether the person is not here legally? If those crimes had been committed by a "legal" would it make it any less heinous?

Street justice with no reprocution. Let someone snipe him and walk away. Then tell the detective researching the case to write it up as a gang drive by....Solved!
