What language is this?

"lashente nimatuu, caraal te neshae. ai utizas tai mi karvatre"

Or even better, does anybody know what it means?

I tried finding some of the words in Google
with no success. So can't identify the language
right now. Sorry!
I took the idea of Circleof topaz and searched
every Lithuanian and Latvian dictionary I
could find, but still couldn't find any of the words.

It looks like either Lithuanian or Latvian.
