I cannot find a reference that denies you permission to own a rifle like the M1...

best answer is to call a few gun shops to find out for sure.

Garand was never a full-auto rifle.

you can not transport a semi auto weapon . before you do anything you have to ahve all the paper work and proper paperwaork and check with with the locail state department

as long as it is semi automatic and not fully auto.
