Help getting error while burning using ConvertxToDVD?

Question

Hi please help me for some reason every time i try to burn a movie i keep getting this error

Write error recovery failed at 0 (16) - Code 03 0C 00 [Write error]

The funny thing is that many of the software available to copy don't tell all.
You have to Rip it first and then download it to your computer and then compress it and then burn it.
DVD Shrink is the only one I know of that will work
