It's costly... You have to get a specially designed keyboard so he can type out the messages.. He can't use a pen... you know, lack of opposable thumbs and all that.

But be careful.. Kitty learns how to use the phone and next thing you know your bill's racked up with overseas calls to his catnip dealer in Columbia. Then your VCR goes missing 'cos he's hocked it for 'nip money...!

I've seen it break up too many familys...

Good luck with that...let me know if it works. If it does they can put answering machines out of commission. What I am most curious about is how they are going to get the pen or pencil to stay in between their little paws.

Get it one of those new iPhones. And some catnip. And a goldfish in a bowl for the times when no one is calling. It's good for cat/employee morale to have something to strive for.

You need a polydactyl for that otherwise they can't hold the pencil.

Most just park their butts on the answering machine and erase the messages, so don't sweat it.

Lol, wouldn't this be the life?

I suggest getting an answering machine, pasting some fabric on it, maybe a tail, and some ears, and name it "Kitty"

I bet it'd be more effective :)

Easy. Show him the phone and he'll know exactly what to do.

Good luck with that anyway!
