We tap americans phones, take american freedoms away, take hours to get on a plane being searched, send out troops OVERSEAS, and then allow possible illegals to bring something in or simply to aid someone already here, to actually do damge inside america because we dont have enough troops on the border! Isnt this in fact allowing the goverenment to terrorise us and yet let possible terrorists in!!! The govnment should be sued!

I never said every illegal was a terrorist but when we have 15 million in this country I am sure MANY are terrorists and we let them in and did nothing! egads

I honestly think that young people think that its supposed to be that way. since i dont think things will change if we do old school demonstrations.........i am up for getting together in lg groups and incorporating.........no taxes and have a voice in government..........the american indians did it and they have casinos worth bazillions all over cali. i think citizenz inc is our only chance

The American government does not promote terrorism by allowing people to illegally come to this country, in fact they don't allow them to come here, they wouldn't be called illegals if it wasn't illegal for them to come here. How many of your freedoms have actually been taken away anyway? really? I assume your only talking about airport security, wouldn't you rather wait a little longer to get on a plane than let a terrorist get on a plane with you?? and what exactly do you mean by puting troops on the border? you want soldiers in fatigues with guns standing on the Canadian and Mexican borders and all along the East and West Coast just in case a terrorist decides to stroll by with a nuke or something? Our biggest terrorist threat is coming from the middle east not our borders, and the BEST way for the American government to protect us is send troops overseas to reduce the threat and to keep them from flying in our planes. Go ahead and hire a lawyer and try to sue the government, he would laugh at your ignorance.

Exactly! Great point. That's why McCain's campaign went down hill. He is pro-Iraq and pro-illegals. The two issues go hand-in-hand. You can't support the "war against terror" and give amnesty to the illegals and keep the borders open. After all, remember that the 9/11 terrorists were illegals who overstayed their visas. So under McCain's amnesty plan, these terrorists would have eventually become citizens.

we are not at war for terrorism thats an excuse. We will never get control over it because we cant stop the money flowing and they dont know where its coming from how about charities there are so many out there and the money is getting passed from one place to the other and oops there it goes. Now we are sticking our nose in everyone elses country instead of taking care of our own because MONEY to make the rich man richer. Since we have invaded Iraq there are so many more stores there and fast food chains its all about money and thats it. Congress and Bush never cared about how many troops we were losing they were looking at growing pockets. Yes Bush wanted Sadaam and we got him and nothing is resolved I dont know much about Afgahnistan because my husband hasnt been there yet only know about Iraq because he has done 3 tours. As far as letting Immigrants in dont really care AS LONG as they learn the english language...Especially the Mexicans because they actually stopped possible terrorist from coming through Mexico to America but they dont get credit for that.

True. There are people from the middle east who have crossed the southern border disguising as Mexicans (they changed their names to Spanish names, learned Spanish). But I saw a video once saying something about that.

That's why we need to secure our borders!

But I don't think that has anything to do with the 12+ million illegals already here, which most should be legalized because mass deportation or self deportation is not going to happen.

I agree. The Government should be sued for not doing what it should be doing. Instead they are holding all of us hostage, while letting the people who they SHOULD be worried about go free.

I think that the government should be sued by all the families who have had a loved one die at the hands of illegal aliens.

Your argument seems to be that every illegal immigrant is a terrorist -- which is laughable.

Failing to fill out immigration paperwork is the same type of crime as driving without a license or not having insurance -- it's nowhere close to the same scale as terrorism.

And you cannot sue the govt for this -- there is no recourse in the courts if your elected officials don't do what you want -- your only remedy is to elect different people.

Becuase nobody wants to enforce immigration laws. The state thinks that it is the federal governments job to enforce it, but the federal government says that it is the states job to enforce it. Nobody wants to step up and take responsibility to enforce necessary immigration laws.
