Did you order the computer with the full version of MS Office? Most only come with a trial version on them, since Office is so expensive. Very few computers ship with the full version of MS Office installed on them, it generally has to be special-ordered. If you have a receipt saying that you paid for MS Office to be installed on the PC or that the full version was included with the price, then they should have included an install disc with the product key - if it's missing then you need to contact the retailer where you purchased the computer. You can also check and see if there's a sticker on the computer with the product key. They usually put the Windows key there, some may put the Office key as well.

If thats the case you need to contact where you bought it.
Office is an expensive program, and they owe you a product key and don't settle for less
