Something that is lightweight and pressure resistant. I have already tried pvc and it was to heavy. I thought about using a fluoresent tube cover because it is lightweight but will it be able to hold enough pressure. 150-200 psi

Aluminum cans. Can resist pretty good amounts of pressure and is very lightweight.

I built one out of 2 liter pepsi bottles.
There are some great single (and multi) stage water rockets on line using soda bottles. They are built for pressure.

Empty 2 liter soda bottles work well, or empty water bottles.
