Have you thought of not eating and seeing what happens. Chances are you have picked up some stomach bug. It may eventually go of it's own volition but may decide it likes you and wants to stick around a while. See your doctor. My brother in law felt a bit of a cramp in his right side of his chest. We always said he was a hypocondriac. He went to see his doctor and got sent for x-rays and then an MRI scan. He was in the very early stages of lung cancer. Being a hypocondriac probably saved his life. You may have nothing more than a short term stomach bug, but I have been wrong before.

Seems like this is a pervasive problem on here lately. I would say that is does sound like IBS. Mine started with pains in my right side, low and to the right of my navel. At first I thought it could be appendicitis but after 8 months I knew it was someting else. I also know several other people who had the same problem and it turned out to be IBS. The diarrhea is also an added symptom that makes me think IBS. See the doc and get it checked out.

It could be constipation you can still have diarrhea and be constipated. Try drinking peppermint tea at least once daily it helps with cramping and upset stomach. Its possible its just a bug but if you have other symptoms or it continues you should check with your doctor.

This sounds like Irritiable Bowel Syndrome is a possibility but in order to find out for sure it needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
