The Vatican just bought 2 gospels dating 90 ad, the same as we have today. There is prophesies that has come to pass from the bible that proves it's reliability. Over 300 just for the man Jesus.
We have non christian evidence of Jesus from Tacitus and Josephus both historians. And a Governor named Pliny the Younger who all wrote about "Christos" and his followers the Christan's.
Archaeologists have found the tomb of Caiaphas who was the Pharisee that brought Jesus to trial.
Jesus WAS a real person who was an historical figure. Even well read Atheists KNOW this.
We have eye witnesses who had every thing to loose by claiming to be a follower of Jesus. Why? When Jesus was killed they scattered. Afraid. BUT when they saw he was resurrected they became bold. Why?
Since the bible is reliable, and Jesus WAS here you must decide.
I have chosen to believe the New Test and in the NT Jesus said, "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father but through me!"
Was he a nut? A liar, Or who he claimed to be.
For me, I personally have had MANY supernatural experienced with God/ Jesus. So many in fact I started keeping a journal.
God is real, Jesus is The Christ and there is salvation in no other name.

It's a bit of a process but I would suggest that christians often start with an experience of God, personally, that makes them want to know more. Once I had studied the faith and the claims of Christians and of Jesus, I decided there was enough evidence, in all spheres, to believe that Jesus is alive, and over time you learn to trust him and the bible, and so you know that Jesus can't lie and must be who he said he was.
The truth is often strange and often unnacceptable, but it's still the truth.

Well, I don't have nearly enough time or space to take you through the journey that lead to my decision, but I can give you what I think is the most important part.
In my reading of the bible, I found four contracts (covenants) that would allow a human being to "get to God" (five if you count the initial contract between Adam and Eve).
I dismissed the contract with Adam and Eve because it is no longer valid...the instant they chose to disobey God the contract became null and void (that was specified in the original contract).
That leaves the contract God made with the descendents of Issac (the Jews), with the descendants of Ishmael (the Arab nations), and with the entire world via our common father Noah and through Jesus. The first two contracts aren't available to me because I'm not a descendant of Issac or Ishmael. That leaves me with the contract God made with me through Noah or the contract he offered to me through Jesus.
The contract with Noah gives humans dominion over all other life forms on the earth, gives us the right to govern ourselves, and promises that those who are faithful to his commands will be blessed. In my mind, blessings are earthly rewards...there is no provision for an eternal life in the contract with Noah.
The contract with Jesus extended the rights and promises of all the old contracts to every person. More importantly, it offered the promise of earthly blessings AND eternal rewards for following God's instructions. Most importantly, the new covenant of Jesus contains the promise that making mistakes won't result in eternal separation from God...that Jesus paid the fine imposed by God (via natural laws) so that I could be free from the guilt and self-recrimination that might cause me to disregard future instructions from God ("what's the point if I'm already damned for (insert sin here)").
The covenant of Jesus substitutes "rewards for obedience" for the old "punishment for disobedience" clauses. As a parent, I'm well aware of all the literature that shows that rewards work far better than punishments when training children...thus, Jesus' contract makes the most sense to me if the original goal is simple obedience to God's instructions for living!

I did not find the most obvious answer given here so far and that is the vs. we learn as children in Sunday school."For God so loved the world that He GAVE His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on Him should NOT perish but have ever lasting life"John 3:16
Nothing could be plainer than that that Jesus is the "only way,the truth and the life, and no one cometh unto the Father but by me."
If these and other answers do not satisfy you-you are only playing games and it isn't eternally funny.
In the Old Teestament animals were killed to tyhpify thee ocming of Christ in that "without the shedding of blood there isno remission of sin". PERIOD- .Atonement for sins was made by the shedding of blood of animals (and they had to be spotless and without blemish), a type of christ, the perfect sinless son of God and of Man

Obviously there can only be one truth. There is nothing more naive than thinking that a combination of all religions is the truth. After concluding that only one religion can be true, I can see that it's Christianity because Jesus lived a perfect life and died for us. If you follow the Bible it really does make your life work.
