I would only worship God himself, not the son of god, not the spirit of god, or anything like that. by worshiping jesus you turn him into an idol, which God specifically commands you not to. In fact, worshiping Jesus makes you break 2 of the 10 commands - thou shalt worship no other god except me and the one regarding making him an idol.
