I've tried all kinds of frozen dinners. The best full-fat ones are Marie Callendar's, followed by Stouffers. Chicken usually comes out better than beef dishes. For low-fat or lower calorie dishes, I prefer Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine. Healthy Choice is horrid and Banquet is pretty cheap tasting. The one South Beach I tried wasn't very good either.

The best is just leftover dinner from the night before. However if you really want prepackaged dinners, I think Claim Jumpers are the best. Marie Calendar's are good too, but both are really high in fat and calories. For low-fat and lower calories I like Lean Cuisine and I just add a side salad.

Baked potato, single serve mac and cheese packets, those uncle ben's intant rice packets, steamed vegetables, salad (you don't have to microwave this), pre cooked chicken or beef (you might need a fridge for that), boil water for those instant noodle bags or something like it, and cans of soup in a bowl. enjoy! and if you have a fridge, you can bring in a precooked meal and heat it up in the microwave.

What ever you make at home could be "hotted" up in the microwave! eg soup.
