Ever heard of the Mosquito?

There is a device out there called the Mosquito that emits a sound that only people between 14-25 can hear. It's super annoying so it gets rid of loiterers and stuff.
My question is can you hear this sound and how old are you?

Oh and before hitting the first link, make sure your speakers aren't turned up too high cuz if you can hear the noise it will hurt your ears.

The frequency response of the human ear is pretty much the same; 20Hz - 44 kHz in all ages.
