no, if your license is suspended, it's suspended. you can't drive in any state. all states communicate now, so if you get pulled over in ca the cop will run your info and know that you have a suspended license.

All states follow different laws for whether or not they suspend your license, but they all honor each other's suspensions. So if you get suspended in one state, you can't drive in any state, even if that state wouldn't have suspended your license for that reason.

If it's suspended in one state, it's suspended in all states. They are all linked to a central database. In most states, just applying for a new license when yours is suspended in another state is a crime.
