I don't receive mine as they are forwarded to a dead e-mail address!

I really don't know. I figure if my account hasn't been deleted... who gives a damn? I don't!

At times I deserve them. For the times I feel that I don't, I dispute them--but I have yet to ever have one overturned.

I tend to count them as part of the amusement of participating in this arena. After all, some of the things I get nailed for are indeed pretty stupid. My absolute favorite is when I got a violation notice for calling a troll a "jerk." Considering the fair amount of vulgarity and malice the troll used in his question, I couldn't stop laughing at the fact that Yahoo moderators somehow found the word "jerk" to be worthy of discipline.

I've received only one violation, in Psychology (that's funny, because I'm a psychologist). I've NEVER been given a violation when I answer R&S questions though, and I've never needed to ask a question ... but I suppose that maybe I should 'try' to get a violation just to see if the Y!A censors are 'on their toes' ... but I won't, because I have better things to do.

I stopped counting long ago, but I'm expecting to get deleted any day now. I average at least two violations a day. I used to worry and tried to figure out which guideline I violated. Then I figured out, no matter what I write, it's gonna piss off someone. It's literally impossible, especially if you prefer to think for yourself, to use this forum without getting violations.

Somewhere between 12 and 24 over the last year and a half.

And I've taken Yahoo to task one more than half of them, which were based on published fact and I've called Yahoo WHITE WASH answers.

All they did was take my TOP CONTRIBUTOR status away.

Do you mean before or after my account deletion.? One violation since; don't remember how many before.

Sending you a smile to help pick up your day.

I have gotten 2, but neither were actual violations, just a difference of opinion obviously.

I got a few when I first started out, and I probably deserved most of them. I'm working on toning down my sarcasm, so the number has dwindled down over the past few months.

I'm on first name terms with YA customer care team. I've had that many violations and appealed them and I have never won

I've gotten one R&S violation. I e-mailed yahoo and told them it was BS and that they should do their jobs properly and *gasp* actually read the answer before deleting it. I got my points back.
