I love büter kase (pronounced BOOTER Case-a)...it's a German cheese and it's a very creamy, smooth cheese (sliceable). I also love a good smoked Gouda and Provolone and Muenster...mmmmmmm :D

Feta.. I've tried several brands from Trader Joe's. They don't have the one in the shrink wrap and juice anymore, which I liked the best. I've gotten some at other stores and they are all dryish. Some of the other ones packed in water are just too slimy for for my taste. Did you know that Maytag Blue was originally make by the Maytag washing machine family?
Did you mean to say that the Gouda was very goood-ah?

There are different types of cheese? Just joking, that's a hard one, probably Swiss or Pepper Jack. Gouda is very gooda, too!

I like Colby best.
In Ohio and Indiana, it's probably the best-selling cheese; people call it "County Line" cheese instead of Colby, because County Line is the largest manufacturer.
Here in Pennsylvania, most people don't seem to know what colby is.
Cojack, which is made by mixing the curds from colby and monterey jack together before pressing the cheese, is known here, but it's not as popular as in Ohio and Indiana.

Brie and Gouda. I'm also partial to a nice fresh mozzerella.

It's a toss-up between sharp cheddar and blue. I used to love smoked cheeses, but found out they bring on migraines.
