Courthouse Fees?

Question

I owe an old ticket to inglewood courthouse, and can't renew my license till i pay it back, but they've referred the ticket to a collection agency, anyone know how i can find out who to pay ?

If it was referred to a collection agency, I would think you would have heard from them. Contact the Inglewood Courthose and ask.
