At the rate things are going BEFORE Halloween.

I know stores that already have Valentines stuff in their warehouse.

Back to school starts in July, two weeks after the kids get out from school.

Halloween starts after labor day. Thanksgiving starts after Halloween

You know the term Christmas in July is going to be a reality soon!

You know the 2008 car model year starts in September.

It's only a matter of time before Dick Clark celebrates New Years day in August!

For most, probably after Halloween. For others, it will be the day after Thanksgiving, which is a bit more traditional. Although in a certain less-than-fine retail establishment, I've already seen some Christmas merchandise placed out for sale.

At the stores around here, they've had them since the end of January!

Actually i'm just joking, you'll probably start to see them in September or October, after halloween at the latest.

The festive displays are put up right after Halloween. Always.

I saw one recently in the village, it used to bug me but the I read that nearly all the older holidays on the X-tian calendar are based on old world pagan harvest festivals that were held on different dates depending on growing seasons (so generally speaking, if your latitude was higher, your festival was earlier and became Halloween, if your latitude was lower and your festival became Christmas). so it's basically the same holiday, but the themes are spun in different directions.
