I believe that since the first cell on earth life has evolved onward. First beginning with bacteria evolving to jawless fish, to bony fish, to amphibians to reptiles then to mammals. Thus, humans being the by product of this and first arising nearly 200, 000 years ago. One thing that really proved this to me is the fossil record and the time frame each one falls into and how it fits together and supports the theory of evolution. Thats just one reason some others i won't go into here, include embryology (how each species of animal bears remarkable similiarities to others while in the egg), the similiarity in protein synthesis for another.
As for how the first cell arose, it is still being studied and researched, but i believe it arose from inorganic matter. Thus, i believe abiogenesis is correct, and it has some evidence to support such as the experiments by miller, urey, and oro. It is also possible i think that panspermia could be correct in that life originated from elswhere, possibly comet which crashed to earth. Either way i think it was a chain reaction from simple molecules which developed into complex molecules which then eventually gave way to cells.
The reason i believe this is not because it was taught to me in grade school in that i actually believed in creation and god back then, but came to see it as mythical and illogical. I did learn about evolution in college and discovered the abundance of evidence in favor of it there.

>I would like to take a poll on your beliefs on how man was created on this earth
Humans evolved from ancient primates, which in turn evoled from other mammals, which over 200 million years ago evolved from reptiles, which trace their way back through amphibians, fish, primitive chordates, invertebrates and plankton back to the first life on Earth. How this first life arose from nonliving material is not known precisely, but it may have been the result of a bolt of lightning or the Sun's ultraviolet rays causing some complex nonliving molecules in the water to react and form a living molecule. It is also conceivable that the first living molecules were extremely simple and that a sort of repetitive chemical process developed into what we know as life. The exact chemistry of this initial development of life may never be known, but scientists are able to make some guesses as to what kinds of reactions could have been taking place.
>what makes you beleive in your theory?
It's the generally accepted scientific view, and it fits the evidence a LOT better than having life forms created by somebody's giant imaginary friend.

God created life. It actually takes much more faith to believe that all of this miraculous world came into being with some big cosmic boom and everything just fell into place so perfectly. Come on folks!

God himself created life, this world and all that's in it. We are just passing through. It was always inside of me to know this, not growing up in a church..or in a religious family.... but in a much later time in life, reading the bible knowing what I had been thinking about was the Truth.

Evolution. Evidence. Not a religious point of view. It was taught in school and I have read extensively about it.

God spoke it,and it happened. For the people who believe in evolution, their lying if they say they weren't influenced by their school teachers. They wouldn't believe in it if they hadn't have been indoctrinated while they were students. You will only believe in one thing if that is all your taught. How could someone possibly weigh the evidence if their not allowed to?

The origin of life is still a mystery... I am not convinced enough of any hypothesis to claim it as mine.

The origin of life and the origin of humans are two separate questions.
We know pretty much everything about the latter; the former is still not fully known.
