How do i go about it?

"I get DLA here in the UK, Im planning to go to Italy to live. I know I have to give it up but would I be able to get it transfer to the Italian DLA?"

Sorry, No luck. Face it! If they can possibly get more money from you, they will. International transfer of subscriptions is not possible.
